How to use

1. Pick a condition – the eye assumes the deviated position in primary gaze; all sliders start at zero.
2. Select a muscle – the view switches automatically to the matching section (superior · lateral · frontal); the partner muscle fades out.
3. Correct with the sliders – recession weakens, resection/plication strengthens. Procedures on several muscles combine freely (surgical plan).
4. Goal: “✓ Orthophoria achieved”. Optionally, ▶ Play model solution shows the textbook procedure.
